What is Sahl POS?
Sahl POS is a cloud point-of-sale and store management system built for businesses and shops in Palestine. It brings the cashier, inventory, invoices, customers, branches and reports together in one platform.
Is Sahl suitable for small shops?
Yes. The Basic plan is designed for small shops with one branch and one user, and you can upgrade to Plus when your business grows.
Does it include inventory management?
Yes. The system includes full inventory, product and category management, with quantities updated automatically on every sale or return and product-quantity reports.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes. You can manage more than one branch from a single account with unified products and separate reports per branch. Multiple branches are available on the Plus plan.
Does it support barcode scanning?
Yes. The cashier screen supports barcode scanning to add products to the invoice quickly, and you can assign a barcode to every product.
Does it support thermal printers?

Can more than one user work on the system?
Yes. The system supports several users on the same account, each with their own login. Additional users are available on the Plus plan.
Are there employee permissions?
Yes. You can define each employee's permissions precisely, so every user only reaches the screens and actions they are allowed to.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, English and Hebrew, both in the interfaces and in the receipt print templates.
Does Sahl work for restaurants and cafés?
Yes. Sahl includes a full restaurant module: floor plan, kitchen display, waiter devices that run over your local network without internet, item options, bill splitting, service charge and tips, reservations and QR ordering. It is switched on free with any plan that includes the point of sale.
Do I need special hardware for the kitchen display?
No. Any Android tablet or phone, or an iPad, works as a kitchen display: install the app, pair it with the main POS using a code, and pick its prep station.
