Refund policy

Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features and no payment card required. Nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.

Full refund within 14 days

If Sahl is not right for you, request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. The amount is returned to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Renewals

Monthly or yearly renewal fees are non-refundable once the period starts, but you can cancel renewal at any time from your account portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect from the next period with no refund of the difference.

How to request a refund

From your account portal or by contacting us with your receipt number. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted.
