Service description

Sahl is a cloud platform for point of sale and accounting covering the cashier, inventory, invoices, reports, branches, double-entry accounting and mobile apps, according to the plan chosen as described on the pricing page. The service is provided by subscription and delivered electronically per the service delivery policy.

Account and responsibility

Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your and your users' credentials and for all activity on the account.

Subscription and payment

Published prices are in US dollars and include VAT; the invoice itemises net, tax and total. Fees are paid in advance monthly or yearly through a payment gateway licensed by the Palestine Monetary Authority or by bank transfer. Access continues for the whole paid period, and upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Prices may change in the future with at least 30 days' notice, never within a paid period.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card and no commitment. When it ends the account enters a limited read-only mode for 7 days, is then suspended, and its data is deleted 30 days after suspension unless you subscribe.

Termination and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription order before paying at no cost, and request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days per the refund policy. You may stop renewal at any time from your account portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may terminate the contract or suspend the account for breach of these terms after a warning and a period to remedy, and immediately in cases of fraud or harm to the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only, not to promote or sell products prohibited by applicable legislation through your online store, and not to attempt to harm the service or access others' data. Registering your own online store in the e-commerce registry is your responsibility as the electronic provider to your customers; the system provides a field for your registration number shown on your store and invoices.

Your data

The business data you enter remains yours, and you are responsible for its accuracy and lawful collection, including your customers' data. Data is processed per the privacy policy.

Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available with daily backups; outages may still occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The cashier's offline mode keeps selling locally during connectivity loss. Support and warranty details are in the support and warranty policy.

Complaints and governing law

Complaints are received and handled per the complaints policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, in particular Decree-Law No. 21 of 2025 on e-commerce, the electronic transactions and trust services law and the consumer protection law; the courts of Ramallah have jurisdiction over any dispute not settled amicably.
