Service delivery policy

Instant, electronic delivery

There is no physical shipping and no delivery fee. When you create your account your system is provisioned within minutes and you receive an email with your dashboard link, login details and download links for the cashier and manager apps.

After payment

With online payment your subscription is activated as soon as the transaction is confirmed and the tax invoice is emailed within minutes. With bank transfer the subscription is activated after we review your transfer proof during working hours (at most one business day).

Apps

The Windows, Android and iOS apps are available from the download section and the app stores, and work with the same account credentials.

If you do not receive the service

If the activation email does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us or email and we will resolve it immediately.
